The biggest advantage of the Incluziv retail platform is the ability for you to create your own collection names or alias names.

While creating items, using XLS you have 2 columns, one named as the retailer collection name and the other as the distributor collection name. 

You can rename the retailer collection name with the name you would like to give to the collection, while maintaining the distributor collection name as it is.

This will ensure that the Purchase orders going to the vendor or supplier will contain his collection name while your staff will always be viewing the collection names updated in the Retailer collection name column.
