Its equally easy to search for a customer when they call up, look up on their phone number in the system and pull out their details at the click of a button.

You can view all the deals of a customer and click on the deal and navigate from tab to tab to find all the details of the customers interaction with your store.

You can click on the deal and dig deeper into each interaction with the said customer during that particular deal. You can go ahead and keep creating new activities for the customer at your convenience
